What is a good short poem/saying for my son's tombstone? trisomy 18?

My son was born prematurely at 30 weeks and died 27 days later due to trisomy 18. I am going tomorrow to order a tombstone. I want it to be a black stone. Not sure if I should do the frosted panel; any advice? I want there to be a picture at the top inside an oval(maybe a little hand reaching up to a big hand(God's hand) with his name, birth, and death inside a rectangle underneath and a baby lamb in the bottom right corner. And underneath Jesus Loves Me with a heart on each side(i sang him that song and he would squeeze my hand when I did; sometimes, his sats would even get better. :'(. I miss him. Anyways, does anyone know a short little saying/poem I could get put on the back? and how much do you think a tombstone will cost? I have gotten an estimate for 700 at one place.
